we’re here, we’re queer.

You deserve to be understood for the unique pressures LGBTQIA+ people face in our world — from coming out and family rejection to identity fatigue, discrimination, and internalized shame.

Therapy can create a safe, nonjudgmental space to process trauma, build resilience, and reclaim joy. When you have someone who can accompany you in your experience, healing becomes possible: stronger relationships, clearer self-acceptance, and tools to navigate stress and microaggressions.

If you’re tired of carrying this alone, asking for help is a brave step toward feeling seen, grounded, and more yourself.

My aim

To help you increase self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and build sustainable emotional well-being.

Key elements

Relational focus: We explore how current and past relationships shape emotions, patterns, and reactions, using the therapeutic relationship as a live context for change.

Parts work (IFS): We identify and gently unblend protective and wounded parts, allowing core Self to lead, which reduces internal conflict and fosters healing.

Co-regulation: Sessions prioritize safety and paced nervous system regulation, using somatic awareness to process stored stress.

Collaborative stance: Therapy is tailored to your goals; we set clear aims, monitor progress, and adapt methods according to what helps you most.
