  • My approach is bottom-up rather than top-down. Instead of starting with thoughts and beliefs like traditional cognitive therapies, we work from the body and nervous system outward—attending to sensations, emotions, and automatic reactions that hold trauma and patterns in place. Healing begins at an implicit, nonverbal level: calming dysregulated nervous system responses, accessing felt experience, and gently uncovering the underlying relational or developmental roots of difficulties. Cognitive insight can follow, but the change is anchored in embodied regulation and emotional processing, which allows new ways of relating, feeling, and responding to emerge more naturally and durably.

  • I aim to offer a space of non-judgement and compassion. You are the expert on your life, not me. My job is to guide you along your inner journey to help you connect with your self-strength and offer a secure attachment as someone who can offer caring and insightful accompaniment on the road to self-discovery and healing.

  • Therapy sessions are 65 euros for 60 minutes.

Janzu sessions are on a donation basis starting at 20 euros for 60 minutes.

I never want cost to be a barrier to therapy. If you have financial constraints that have kept you from getting the help you deserve, please speak with me and we’ll come up with a solution that works for us both.

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full fee. This policy helps ensure that I can offer timely appointments to all clients

  • My services are not covered by the French social security structure and fall under private services. While I have a Master’s degree in Psychology from the UK, and it is recognized as a Master’s degree and level 7 education in France and Europe, I do not have the French title psychologist or psychotherapist. Therefore, I do not have an ADELI number that allows clients to be reimbursed through French Social Security or Mutuelle.

  • To support your understanding of the therapeutic models I use, here are some helpful video references. Please note that while the scientific support for Polyvagal Theory is untenable, aspects of the model offer a powerful framework or lens from which to approach nervous system regulation. Scientific and empirically supported methods are important to ensure safety and effectiveness. I am careful to make the difference between what is science, and what is a practical therapeutic framework, all the while embracing that we still know relatively little about the complex interconnectedness of the mind, brain, emotions, and bodily experiences.
